After a long day of dress and shoe shopping we had picked out a wedding dress for Lily that had made us both cry, it was a gorgeous pure white silk gown with sequins lining the sweetheart neckline and train, and a bridesmaid dress that had made Lily growl and wolf whistle at me. It hadn’t been my type of dress with a very low cut plunging neckline in a deep blue. Of course Lily had to pick out bright red clashing shoes because; “A girl has to have a pop of color in an outfit.” This made us burst into laughter scaring the poor sales assistant who was helping us.
