Blade

It has been difficult to be away from Raya. I thought I made my feelings for her obvious with that kiss, yet she asked for space from all of us. She has never sought me out so I let her have her space.

I watched her from a distance, still concerned about her safety even though my father seems to be less of a threat with each passing day. At this point, I’m just missing her. I miss her presence and talking to her, she was one of the only things in my life to make me feel like I have a purpose.

So, after 7 days of respecting her space, I decided that today if she doesn’t crack then I will. And I hope she won’t reject me.

I watched her room from afar like I always do until I heard a commotion from some of the servants we have down the hall. I sigh as I force myself to leave to help with whatever was going on. It’s rare for there to be fights around the estate, but I know no one would act up if I was around. With great reluctance, I leave Raya’s space unattended.
