Maria’s POV

“What are we going to do, my queen?” Miranda asked.

“Will you shut up?” I yelled. “Can’t you see that I am thinking about it?"

“I’m sorry, my queen."

“Miranda.” I held her arms. “What if he says everything? The secret between us.” If Miller opened his mouth and told the king about my secret, I wouldn’t be able to save my head. What should I do? “I’m fed up."

“I should go now before the king interrogates him."
