Chips

Liana's POV

I wasn't only bored but I was so tired from doing nothing as I stared at the laptop while drumming my fingers on it. Just when I was about to lay my head, Kayla came in munching on chips while chewing them in a way that kind of triggered all of my senses.

As much as I wanted to yell at her for her to stop making that horrible sound, I let it slide because engaging in banter with her meant that I was looking for trouble and the last thing I wanted was for anyone to even stress me.

I plugged in my AirPods even though I wasn't playing any sort of music but I knew that she was trying to annoy me intentionally and the only way to send her away was by pretending to listen to music.

"Can't believe that she dares to ignore me" I heard her mumble to herself as she trailed in another direction while I followed her with my eyes.

"That sly witch," I thought inwardly.

Kayla sauntered out of the kitchen, still munching on her chips with that same annoying sound that emanated from her. W
