Seraphina’s POV

The silence in the wrecked kingdom stands in the air - it's like a blanket that spreads all over everything around me - the heart of the kingdom, the streets that once took me down on their wild dreams are now dead, those stone walls that were once pillars of strength are cracked and fallen like a dream broken.

I’m just standing here, in the middle of what’s left. Everything’s broken. Everything’s gone. I keep looking, hoping it’ll turn back into what it was. But it won’t. It’s all just ruins. Nothing feels real. Just the silence ,cold air and me.

Still here, somehow staring just pieces of what used to be scattered everywhere. And my chest feels empty.

Heavy, but hollow. The wind won’t shut up either, keeps moving through the ruins like it remembers. Like it knows what this place meant. We gave everything. We believed in something. And now it’s just dust.

Fabian's POV ,In low lighting, the air dried up and became trapped. My chest was seized by an invisible force, which could potentially choke me. My hand was shaking against the cold floor. I wanted to yell, to throw something, to just let it all out but I didn’t, I was pissed and boiling yeah. But anger wasn’t going to fix this. I needed more than that. I needed to understand. The truth was necessary for me, regardless of how much it twisted the knife. The traitor was seated opposite me, composed and quiet as if we were simply having a friendly conversation, not torn apart by everything we had created. There was no movement in his face. But his eyes? They said everything cold, empty, and unapologetic. Despite the absence of any regret or guilt, we stood up for something because our defiance had destroyed everything we believed. The silence engulfed us, and I was consumed with curiosity about the reason. Was there a reason for this betrayal after all our past actions? After all our co

Seraphina’s POV I stood frozen in time, the ground shaking beneath my feet. ". I had no movement, no ability to breathe, nor the capacity to think. After Fabian's departure, the silence felt as if the air had been removed from the world. We had been fighting. All the kingdom was engaged in combat. But now? Now it was just chaos. They had managed to push back the last of the rogues but there was no victory to be celebrated. There was no relief. Only a void. Fabian had been taken. He had left me, the only thing that had kept me grounded, gone. We were still each other, falling apart, a light on fire like the morning sky.' My knowledge was that I could not communicate with him as he was still living. Almost as if he were not protected or safeguarded. Standing alone, my heart raced while everything appeared to be crumbling inside me. The smoke from the battlefield's fires still covered the sky, leaving everything in its place with a bitter red hue. I witnessed a menacing shadow casti

I was unable to locate her.“Seraphina!”There is no response.Like it had a mind of its own, the fog descended over the battlefield. I once saw that kind of darkness—magic. Of not witches. Not of wolves. something blacker.I couldn't make out ten feet in front of me. The air felt much too heavy; the sky was too silent. Snarling, alert, my wolf drove ahead within me but even he didn't know what this was. Whatever connection the bond had let me feel was weakening; Seraphina had lost touch with us.And I was very frightened. The last time I saw her she was in a ring of wolves not belonging to any pack I knew. Something unholy flashed in their eyes. Then the

  • Bound To The Ruthless Lycan King    Nightfall Shadows.

Seraphina's POV. Despite the heavy clouds that had blanketed this area during Nightfall, only a small portion of the moon managed to pass through it. The horizon shone, shadows drifting through the terrain, long fingers clawing into the woods. The air had an ancient, dark, and forceful aura. The wolves charged forward before either of us could respond. Their rapid movement was accompanied by the noise of jaws breaking.' Fabian's transformation was instant. He smashed his claws into the pack, fighting like a Lycan King. It was not just the wolves that were attacking. They were testing us. Testing me. In the midst of the chaos, I pulled away with my own blade, heart racing, trying to keep my balance. The wolves' energy was unmatched, and I felt like breathing out. The wolves were not the only ones.' They were suffocated in the darkness, fearless by the magic. Another person entered the clearing during the fighting. A woman. Dark hair flowed over her face, and her eyes sparkled with
