After watching how relaxed and calm she was during today's outing, I didn’t want to ruin her peace of mind. I couldn’t bring myself to tell her the truth behind her role in my life; why she was chosen to be my mate and why an enemy pack kidnapped and hid her.

She won’t be able to handle all of it in the state that she is in now, so I will tell her everything after I’ve claimed her.

When we got back from our trip, she went straight to get in a hot bath then jumped into bed. I think I tired her out today, but that was my aim. She needed to sleep without worry for once… and I needed to get to Konstantin.

My brother had some news for me about Caterina’s family, and from what I could tell, it was not good news. So I have Dimitri come over and keep an eye on her while we go to investigate.
