The  thick darkness in the room was almost comfortable. It mirrored what he felt deep in his heart perfectly. He knew he had tried to stay in the light to keep the demons away. At the moment he could care less about what they were whispering about.

Beau wanted to blame Colin for  this mess but he knew he was just another pawn in the monster's games. It was his fault too, he was really a coward. He had all the chances to make things right.
