Robyn kept staring Colin with a confused look painting her dainty features. Was he trying to bail on her so soon?
She knew he did not like how his father handled things but did he really want to defy him so bad.

Her eyes opened but she saw nothing but total darkness. For a second she thought she had gone blind. The pressure of the cloth blindfolding her told her otherwise. Beau watched as Robyn cleaned the cut over Colin's back. He had flinched when she applied the antiseptic at first but soon relaxed. It was interesting to watch for Beau. He imagined them as a married couple and thought they would have been great for each other. They were both selfless people.
