Chapter Twenty Three

He stared intently on the third glass of scotch that the bartender had just slid him at Neon. He only liked a few places in the town and Neon was one of them.  He saw the girl who had asked to buy him a drink before look his way and wave. He gave her a wave and drank on. He might have looked good on the outside but inside there was a storm brewing.

Beau was upset with himself. He wished he could go back in time and tell Robyn about how he felt. He wanted to be brave enough to just tell her everything. He wanted to be better but could just not. There was also a chance that she had fallen for his brother. 

Colin was a nice person and really caring behind the jerkface he put on for everyone else.  Robyn had the habit to see past what people put in front of her. She saw people for who they were and she had already seen the real side of Colin. She was closer to him.

He could not be mad at Robyn, he had not made it easy for
