Sneak in her room

Skylar stripped off her jacket and kept it on the couch. Her eyes widened in shock as she looked around the apartment CJ said was small and useless.

“Are you kidding me!” The words finally escaped her lips as she turned to CJ. The man stripped off his coat and tossed it on the couch.

“What? You don't like it?” He asked in between chuckles and picked up a report. In no time, the lights went on, exposing nothing but a breathtaking living room. For a bachelor, the house was well-kept.

“This is insane…” Skylar said, and rushed to check out some statues kept to the sides as decorations. From the ceiling to the lighting and the floor and furniture. She was raised in a small town. A small house where they shared a room and everything.

“This…oh my… I can't believe this,” she was afraid of touching anything, let alone sitting on the couch. She was afraid she was too dirty. Seeing her reaction, CJ chuckled and half sat on the armrest.

“So you like the living room…let's check out the kitchen,”
