***Olivia's POV***

The slam of the balcony door echoed through the room. I stood in the center of my new prison, shivering as the rain on my skin turned into needles of ice.

I glared at the door Chandler had just disappeared behind.

The nerve of him.

Five years. He had been gone for five f*cking years, building his own world in London. And now he was back to play the role of the big, bad warden. What is he? My new Daddy?

I caught my reflection in the mirror and flinched. I looked like a drowned rat. No wonder Chandler had snapped at me. He probably looked at me and saw the same messy kid who used to follow him around whenever he visited Dad.

He probably thought I was pathetic.

I marched into the bathroom, kicking off my ruined heels and stripping off the wet silk. I finished quickly, towel-drying my hair until it was slightly dry.

Damn it, maybe getting wet under the rain wasn't a smart idea as my first act of defiance with this setup I didn't sign up for.

I walked back into the bedroom with a towel wrapped around my body, expecting to find it empty, but he was there.

Chandler was leaning against the dresser, his jacket discarded on the bed. He’d rolled up his shirt sleeves, and I couldn't help but stare. His forearms were corded with muscle, dusted with dark hairs.

My stomach did a traitorous little flip.

Had he always been so... big and thick?

This man was thirty-eight, in the absolute prime of his life, and he looked like f*cking model. With his well-defined features, great hair, broad shoulders and muscles. Everything about him was big, manly and intimidating.

It was infuriating. How was I supposed to argue with a man who looked like a total DILF fantasy?

I glared at him. "Am I also not allowed of my privacy. For f*ck's sake, let me change first!"

"Two minutes. In the bathroom."

This is insane. He's f*cking insane!

I looked at him in disbelief, I huffed and hurriedly went to my suitcase to find myself something to wear, I felt his eyes followed my movement and my skin burned.

I grabbed a hoodie and shorts, went back to the bathroom to change, then returned to the bedroom. He was still in the same position, his eyes on me while he tilted his head to the side, waiting for me to speak.

"What?" I snapped.

His gaze was heavy. "What were you doing in the rain?"

"Being miserable," I shrugged, I rolled my eyes, sighing heavily. "I've been waiting for you to show your face for hours, Chandler, so let's get this over with."

His gaze lingered, sweeping from my damp hair down to my clothed body. He didn't look like he was happy to see me at all, he looked like I was a problem he was trying to solve.

"This is far from over," he said and walked toward me, his size making the room feel suddenly cramped. My height was basically almost the same. From where I stood, I could tell I still barely reached his chin

"You’re nearly forty, my dearest Uncle Chandler. Don’t you have a mid-life crisis to attend to?" I hissed, backing away until my back hit the bathroom door. I tried to look at his eyes, but my gaze kept dropping to the sharp line of his jaw.

"I know you know why we're in this situation right now," he countered, his voice a low tone that I felt in my toes.

He stepped into my personal space, his shadow swallowing me whole.

"And that starts with your social life. I’ve seen enough photos of you and your boyfriend to know exactly where you're heading. This 'Drake' is a distraction you're done with."

I f*cking knew it.

"You don't even know him! You have no right to say that, you weren't here! He’s the only one who was there for me after the funeral... after Dad..." I swallowed, heat striking at the back of my eyes.

"I know enough. He's a dead end." Chandler leaned in, his scent hitting me. "From now on, you will have your curfew. No clubs, no late-night disappearances."

"You're insane," I breathed, looking up at him. "And a miserable old man who likes to boss people around."

"If I'm an old man, then you're a brat who needs a leash," he whispered, his voice dropping to a low, lethal rasp that made the air in the room feel thin.

He leaned in until I could feel the heat of his body, his towering frame effectively pinning me against the door. I felt so little in front of him, so helpless and the new life awaiting me was finally sinking in.

"Try me, Olivia," he murmured, his dark eyes narrowing as he put his hand on the door besides my head. "Push me..."

I looked up at him, my heart hammering so hard against my ribs it hurt.

I wanted to snap back, to scream that he couldn't talk to me that way, but the words were trapped in my throat. The sheer, physical weight of his presence was enough to silence me.

"See exactly how far my mid-life crisis patience goes before I decide you need to be taught how to sit and stay," he mocked me casually.

He stayed there for a bit too long, his gaze dropping to my lips before snapping back to my eyes, a flicker of something dark crossing his face that I didn't understand.

He turned on his heel and walked out, the click of the door sounding final. I collapsed onto the floor, my legs shaking too much to hold me up.

The tears finally came.

  • But Daddy, I Love Him   Chapter 100 Kneel and suck

***Olivia's POV***The heavy click of the front door closing behind Mika and Hannah echoed. I didn't move from the dining chair. My laptop screen had gone black, reflecting my own nervous expression. I could hear his footsteps, slow and steady, moving from his chair to me. "Olivia—" "Mika was just exaggerating. She talks too much, you know that. It's just because we’ve worked together since freshman year. It’s purely academic. It’s nothing." "Look at me." I forced my chin up. He wasn't across the room anymore. He was standing right in front of me, looking down at me. The wholesome warmth from earlier was gone. He reached up, slowly undoing his tie and pulling it free from his collar, dropping it onto the table. "Kneel," he commanded. My breath hitched. "Chandler, please, let’s just talk—" "I said kneel." I pushed my chair back, the legs scraping loudly against the floor. My heart was hammering in my chest so hard it hurt. I moved to the floor, my knees hitting the f

  • But Daddy, I Love Him   Chapter 99 It's gonna be a long night

***Olivia’s POV*** The fear Seraphina planted in my chest didn't go away. It sat there, cold and heavy, even as the days blurred into weeks. For the last two weeks, either Seraphina was here with Gelo, acting like she owned the place, or Chandler was gone for hours at a time to the hotel they were staying at. With school break coming to an end in a few days, I needed a distraction before I lost my mind. I invited Mika and Hannah over to help me finish some projects, but mostly so I wouldn't have to be alone with my thoughts. "Girl, you are literally staring at the doorway," Mika said, throwing a crumpled piece of paper at me. "Focus. We need to finish these slides." I blinked, looking down at my laptop. "I'm focusing." "No, you're not," Hannah said, leaning back in the dining chair. "You’re down bad, Olivia. Like, actually obsessed. You were never like this with Drake. You were clingy with him, sure, but with Mr. Stirling? It's becoming scary." I felt my cheeks heat up.

  • But Daddy, I Love Him   chapter 98 At what cost?

***Olivia’s POV*** I was back in my art room, trying to focus on a new painting, but my mind was still replaying the look on Seraphina’s face in the living room. I felt a strange mix of thrill and nerves. I had marked my territory, but I knew she wasn’t the type to just walk away. The door creaked open, and I expected it to be Chandler. Instead, a small head of ginger hair peeked through. Gelo looked around the room, his eyes wide as they landed on the canvases. "Whoa," he whispered, stepping inside. "Are these all yours?" I softened immediately, setting my paint brush down. "Most of them. Do you like them?" He walked up to a landscape I just started working on today, his small fingers hovering over the dried paint. "It looks like the garden outside! Can you teach me?" "Teach you?" I chuckled, pulling out a small clean paint brush for him. "I’m not that very good, little guy. I’m still learning myself." "No," he said firmly, shaking his head. "Daddy says you’re the best

  • But Daddy, I Love Him   Chapter 97 Not a quiet girl

***Olivia’s POV*** I woke up feeling the heavy, comfortable ache of a body that had been thoroughly fucked. I just lay there, naked under the sheets. Chandler was already gone, but the bed still felt warm. My thoughts drifted back to his confession. The betrayal, the cheating, the fact that Gelo wasn’t even his. I sat up and looked at myself in the full-length mirror. I started to count the hickeys he left on me. One, two, three... a dark, blossoming purple kiss marks right on the curve of my shoulder, another on my collarbone. He had been so intense last night, like he was trying to pour all his stress and all his possession into my skin. I knew Gelo was coming today, and I knew Seraphina wouldn’t stay behind. I got ready, picking out a black dress that looked modest enough, but if I moved a certain way, the marks on my neck were impossible to miss. By ten, I heard the car pull up. My heart did a slow, heavy beat. I stayed at the top of the stairs, watching the door open.

  • But Daddy, I Love Him   Chaptee 96 The truth

***Chandler's POV*** I didn't move. I didn't let my gaze waver from the sleeping boy in my arms, though I could feel Seraphina’s stare like a lie detector. She was fishing. She was always fishing, looking for the one loose thread she could pull to unravel the life I was building away from her. "I’m eager to be done with the legalities, Sera," I said, my voice sounding a little threatening. "Our marriage has been a cold for two years. Don't try to pin that on a girl who wasn't even in the country when we fell apart." "A girl," Seraphina echoed, her lips curving into a smile that was anything but kind. "Is that what she is? Because from where I was standing this morning, she looked like a woman who was very aware... very mature for her age." "I'm her guardian," I repeated, finally looking up at her. "She’s under my protection. If I’m protective, it’s because I made a promise to James." "Oh come on, Chad. I know you. I know that look. If you’re keeping her in that house, it’s

  • But Daddy, I Love Him   Chapter 95 Questions

***Chandler’s POV*** Seraphina sat next to me, her perfume filling the small space of the car, talking about something but I didn’t hear a word she said.My head was still back at the house, thinking about the way Olivia looked at me before I left. I just knew she was gonna be in my room when I get home. "We're here, sir," Marcus said from the front seat, pulling the car into the hotel’s private drive. The moment we arrived at the hotel room, the weight of the day dropped off my shoulders. A blue pajamas and messy ginger hair came running down towards me. "Daddy!" Gelo hit my legs with enough force to make me stumble back a step. I didn't care. I reached down and hauled him up into my arms, burying my face in the crook of his neck.He smelled like baby shampoo and the faint scent of the chest rub. He was warm, a little too warm from the fever, but he was here. "Hey, little man," I whispered, squeezing him tight. "I missed you." "I missed you more, Daddy!" Gelo said,
