Paige's POV

"Get off my path, you demon," I yelled at Azel as I tabbed the game console with more anger.

He was growling, yelling back at me. "Move your ass, you're not a snail for fuck sake, Princess,"

I snarled at him and he winked. I still don't understand how I get so worked up about these games and Azel can still compose his shit to look like gold.

Two weeks have passed since Gabriel and I declared how important we were to each other. He's been busy at the Pack, rarely having time for me. Still, I always wake up to breakfast that he made while the chef he hired fixes dinner for me.

Most times, when I wake up in the morning, he's gone and I don't even have the privilege to see him before bed. I miss him so much but I didn't want to complain and act like a clingy mate so I shut my trap and let him do whatever he wanted.
