Emily’s POV—
I sighed and walked back to the kitchen! Adrian freaking Ford needs everything brought to him! Huh! Couldn’t he have ordered food from outside? But No! What fun would that be!! He needs to make the poor girl suffer! God knows what kind of emergency she might be having. I cleaned the dishes and decided to go to my apartment and get something for me and my son to wear. Or maybe I can go and return after taking a proper bath and getting dressed? It is hardly fifteen minutes walk from his majesties villa!
I just want the day to get over soon and leave! Not because I am not able to tolerate him or I am hating to stay here but quite the opposite! Narrator’s POV— Emily noticed how Adrian limped to the stairs. His clothes looked messy and dusty. She was worried but Adrian didn’t reply to her when she wanted to know what happened!
