I could feel the warm sun trying to get through my thick black out curtains. I knew it was morning because of the warmth of the sun and I could hear the birds in the trees. Wow that must be the super wolf hearing I have now. I don’t recall hearing birds before. The forest is back a way and I do not have any trees near my bedroom window.

Chapter 18 It took a while to find out more answers. My wolf has no idea what her destiny is, but she is grateful to have many lifetimes to try and accomplish it. Chapter 19 *Richard Carter POV * I was announcing my children to my pack tonight and I could not be any prouder in this moment. As we waited, I looked to my pack. We were a large pack, and I was excited to have my children join me by my side. Joann took Penny to one of our many trees that have hidden clothes to change. Since she could not talk in wolf form her introduction would be made in human form. I know Penny and Jacob will be well received in the pack; they must be, after all I am the alpha. Chapter 20 After our run with the pack I was amped up. I was so full of energy I would never be able to sleep tonight. I sat with Jacob in his room going over the events of the night. He was just as shocked as I was about how big the pack really was. There were hundreds of wolves out there. He had told me how intimidated he was when he walked up to a bigger wolf then him.‘Jacob. Chapter 21 Oh my goodness I'm so excited. I did not sleep nearly enough last night. I may need a cup of coffee and I don’t even like coffee. I hope the adrenaline will keep me going. The last thing I need is to fall asleep on the first day of school. Over the weekend we had a small party for mine and Jacobs sixteen birthdays. Jacob and I got new cars for our birthday. Chapter 24 I had all but my first class with Angel and Bobby. I was going to see them all day now and I did not know if this was good or a bad thing. Angel is my best friend and Bobby is my mate and I'm suppose I should get to know him. But they are all very distracting. I think I was so good in school before because I had no friends only Jacob. I spent most of my time with my head in my books. You can accomplish a lot when you don’t have friends or a social life. Now I don’t get to see Jacob at all during the day until our last class that that was physical education, or the torture gym Angel calls it. We were currently sitting in fourth period, which is art.
