Kyra’s POV

Celia walked me back to my room.

“Are you leaving already?” I asked.

“Yes. You know the party is in a few hours. I need to put some things in order before the party.”

“That’s fine. I’ll get some rest then.”

As soon as Celia left, I locked the door. I didn't want any interruptions. I knew someone who wouldn’t mind barging into my space without knocking.

My eyes fell on the two bags again. I rubbed my palms together and grinned.

“Now…, let’s check out these clothes.”

I pulled them out, checking each outfit carefully along with the shoes and bags. I was so happy. I couldn’t remember the last time I had clothes this expensive and elegant.

Actually, who was I kidding? I’ve never had anything like this in my life. Not once.
