"I hope you guys had a good rest" Alpha Alex says before stuffing a spoonful of the pasta in his mouth.
"Yes we did" Theo smirks as he side eyes me, I blush and turn my attention to my plate, I hear Helen and Alex chuckle at the obvious meaning behind Theo's words.
We were in the dining area enjoying our dinner, Theo and Alex continued talking about some pack stuff. I looked over at Helen who was sitting opposite to Theo's seat.
She was busy eating her cupcakes while her other hand was under the table obviously caressing her protruding stomach.
I have observed one thing since we've come here, she unconsciously caresses her stomach alot. I guess that's what happens when you have a life growing inside you.
How must it feel to have a tiny living being grow and nurture inside you, relying on you for food, love, protection and warmth.
Is it hard to carry a pup?
