Luciana's POV

“W-Where am I?”

My voice is shaking when I speak. Massimo's brows were furrowed as he looked at me. He didn't answer me when he rushed to the table to get me some water.

When he returned, Massimo offered me a glass of water. I looked at it first, thinking whether I should accept it or not. But his chuckle woke up my blood.

“I am not going to poison you. Just drink the water to help you feel better.”

I rolled my eyes, and despite what I feel right now, I still have the gut to be irritated with Massimo.

“You're not answering me,” I mumbled.

Massimo sighed. He occupied the couch, and looked at me.
