Chapter 22

We go outside the car after we hugged. I feel a little embarrassed that I did that. I hope he does not think about it in a bad way. I just want to comfort him.

We entered the house and we were just silent the whole time.

"Thank you." He said and I just smiled at him.

"Good night, Lory." He replied and we parted ways. We go to our rooms.

I immediately rest that night. I can still feel his embrace. I wish he will get better soon.

I woke up feeling a lot better this morning. I prepared for my work today and I guess Canon is already in the dining hall having coffee or tea. I went downstairs and I did not see Canon in his usual spot.
