Thirty seven: Advice

"And so, I'll be moving out of here," Barbara informed all three of us, my roommates. 

I saw tears in her eyes. Since she was going to graduate soon, she was going to leave the dorm. I felt a little sad about it, because I would miss her drama and all. I wished she was in the saw year as us. 

We were all on her bed. I dropped my elbow on the bed, kept my chin in my palm, pouting. "Gosh, I'll miss you so much. Isn't there any other option?"

"I can't stay here forever, silly." She chuckled. 

"When will you be leaving?" Virginia asked her. 

"Um…" she sucked her teeth, creased her eyebrows. "Next week. I told my parents I'd like to move to my own house, so they're helping me get one."
