A wild night with a stranger

Lolly’s POV

I clutched the card firmly as the elevator took me up to the penthouse. My heartbeat was irregular. My legs were nearly shaking.

What the fuck am I doing?

I’m not usually the kind of girl who accepts invitation from a total stranger.

Granted he was a hunk I’d like to mount, but this was not me! I don’t spend nights with strangers.

I was still a virgin for God’s sake. This was not the way I planned to lose my virginity.

I’d blame the alcohol if I was totally wasted, but I was not. Maybe a little tipsy, but my head was clear as I rode the elevator.

This recklessness must be a side effect of my breakup. Who am I keeping myself for anyway?

I was finally free. I deserved a wild night after the disaster today.

The elevator finally stopped and pinged. The doors opened into a long hallway.

A white door stood at the end of the hallway.

I walked unsteadily. I had one last chance to back away from this. I willed my legs to turn around and walk away, but they continued leading me down the hallway.

By the time I reached the door, it suddenly flung open. A half-naked girl ran out of the door, nearly bumping into me.

“Fucking jerk! Goddamn asshole!” she was yelling as she made her way to the elevator.

The man from the bar came to the door, a smirk on his face.

He was shirtless.

I was momentarily distracted by his gigantic pecs, his rock-hard abs, and the thin line of hair that disappeared into his unzipped pants.

His entire body was covered with tattoos, too.

I couldn’t help but stare.

He transfixed those eyes on me, paralyzing me once again.

“You came,” he said.

I split my gaze between him and the girl fleeing to the elevator. “What was that all about?” I asked in a small voice.

“Never mind,” he replied. His expression was hungry. His eyes roamed all over my body.

I took a step back. Do I really want to get involved with an asshole who sends girls packing and sobbing from his penthouse?

“This was a mistake,” I said, turning.

He caught me by the arm and yanked me back. I fell into his chest. His broad, solid mass of wall. My nails curled around his skin.

“You came all this way; it’d be a shame to leave without saying hello. You might as well come in for a drink,” he said a little forcefully.

Again, I got the impression that he was not used to losing.

“Let go of me,” I snapped.

His hand tightened, almost possessively. He pinned me hard against his body. His scent discombobulated my brain.

My breathing hitched, strangled by his proximity. It felt like he was sucking all the air out of the room.

“Hmm, that’s strange. Women don’t usually reject my offers,” he whispered.

His hot breath caressed my earlobe, sending goosebumps all over my body.

He was tormenting me. Did I really just move from one jerk to another?

I struggled to free myself, but he was too strong. Too powerful. His grip pinned me.

“There’s something about you. It’s your eyes, I can’t…” he paused. Suddenly, his fingers began to trace my face, his skin was smooth against mine.

I was losing all control. I could feel him overpowering me.

“Please stop,” I whimpered helplessly.

He gripped my face hard, his thumb tracing my lower lip. The minute I stared into his eyes, that vast ocean of desire in them, I lost all impulses.

He had won.

“Do you really want me to stop?” he asked.

I tried to nod my head, to move my lips, to say something that’d make him stop. Nothing happened. My body failed me.

I didn’t want him to stop.

“’Cause your eyes are telling me something else. If you really wanted me to stop, you shouldn’t have come,” he said in a voice thick with desire.

My chest rose and fell in rapid succession as my heart pounded.

“Why did you come?” he asked.

Good question.

Why am I here? In the arms of a stranger I just met a few minutes ago?

And why the fuck do I want him to fuck the living hell out of me?

“I’ll give you one last chance. One last chance to get the hell out of here. But if you choose to stay, I am not responsible for what happens next,” he said.

He freed me, taking a step back. He pointed to the elevator. “There’s your chance, go!”

I backed away and stopped. I should’ve continued backing away. I should’ve fled and never see him again.

But Cindy’s voice haunted me.

No.

Man.

Will.

Ever.

Love.

You.

Well, she was wrong. Here I was, standing in front of man who clearly wanted me. It didn’t matter that he just wanted to screw me.

A man wanted me.

This could be my only chance to actually live. Tomorrow, I’ll continue living my nightmarish life, but for tonight, I could have some fun!

I pushed past him into the penthouse. I headed to the bedroom. He was right behind me. I felt his eyes on me as I walked.

I stopped in front of the bed and turned. Holding his eyes, I started to strip naked. Slowly, piece by piece, I took off my clothes.

I watched for his reaction: his tight jaws, his narrowing eyes, his speeding heartbeat, his dick hardening in his pants.

When my panties finally came off, I stood naked in front of him. I was bolder than I had ever been in my life.

The cold made my nipples hard. Goosebumps coated my body. I shivered not from the cold, though, but from anticipation.

He took a step closer to me, his body tight. “You have no idea what you are doing,” he growled.

I climbed the bed and spread my legs, opening up my pussy for him. “Fuck me!”

  • Cinderella's Revenge    Engagement party night

~Roman’s POV~ “Man, you're the only one who can get away with breaking off your former engagement to wed your ex-fiancee's stepsister in less than a month!” my best friend, Miles, teased. Tonight was my second engagement party. This time, to Lolly. The actual light of my life. It didn't feel like a contract marriage. Like an agreement reached to benefit both of us. It felt real. It felt right. It felt like she was the one I was always meant to be with. It didn't seem like a mistake at all. “I mean…you're out of your mind practically marrying a stranger just because you looked in her eyes once and fell in love,” Miles continued. *You don't understand. It's different.”“The Roman Stone I know was allergic to long-term commitments, remember? Boy, back in college, you wouldn't even commit to a girl for a week and now you're actually going through with it? Or do I expect to hear you canceled this engagement for someone else next week!?” Miiles asked. Miles was the only person in the

  • Cinderella's Revenge    Be Mine!

~Lolly’s POV~I woke up in a giant king-size bed under a thick warm duvet. The room was unfamiliar. It took a second to remember this was Roman’s room. Panic set in as all the memories of yesterday flooded to my mind. Being chained in that basement, Cindy’s threats, thinking I’d never make it out and then, Roman coming to save me with Rue. I tried to stand. My entire body hurt. The scratches and bruises made my skin crawl. Roman’s private doctor had come over last night to patch me up. The gauze and bandages all over my body made me feel well-taken off. The door opened. Roman entered, carrying a tray of food. “Hey, you are awake!” he said. The tray was filled with breakfast: pancakes, jar of honey, orange slices, grapes. “How’d you know this was my favorite breakfast?” I asked. “I must’ve done a ton of research on you, huh?” he said, placing the tray over my knees. The smell was so good. “Seriously, thanks.” “You should thank your friend, Rue. She told me everything I needed t

  • Cinderella's Revenge    Unmasking

~Roman’s POV~I thought it was a lie. Surely, Lizzy wouldn’t do this. Surely, Lizzy wouldn’t kidnap and chain Lolly to the basement. But there she was – lying on the floor, all bloodied and roughed up. “Lolly, are you okay?” I dashed into the room, running for her. Her skin was bruised, bloody with scratches from long nails running along her face. I couldn’t bear to see her like that, so wounded, so terrorized. The chain around her legs was the final straw. Cindy and her sister had run into the room. “Baby, what are you doing here?” Cindy asked feigning ignorance. I was so angry at myself. Why didn’t I see this side of her before? When Lolly was telling me everything they had done to her, it was incredibly hard for me to believe Cindy could ever do this but seeing it for myself was a whole different ballgame. “I don’t know how she got there,” Cindy volunteered without me even asking. She was a goddamn good liar. “You fucking bitch, you did this to me!” Lolly erupted. She must’v

  • Cinderella's Revenge    No one's coming to save you!

Lolly’s POV I woke up, drowsy and hurt. My head pounded with pain. My eyes struggled in the darkness to take in my environment. Touching my head, I felt blood running down the sides of my temples. Some of it was dried cake blood. At first, I had no idea where I was. But then, slowly, it came back to me. First, the smell. That musky, moldy scent was familiar. Then, the rough bed I was lying on, the small walls. I was back in the basement. Trying to move, I realized I had been chained. The chains clanked noisily. “Hey, hey, let me out! Let me out!” I started screaming. I can’t believe Lizzy kidnapped and forced me back here. The door sprang open immediately. The butler, Mark, came in carrying a tray of food and drink. He had been standing right outside the door. “Hello, Ms. Lolly, it’s good to see you again. Oh dear lord, look at your face,” he said, rushing to me. He dropped the tray on the floor next to me, switched on the dim single-bulb light, to examine me properly.

  • Cinderella's Revenge    Mother-in-law from hell

~Roman’s POV~ My assistant, Dara, opened the door cautiously. “Sir, your wedding caterer is requesting to speak to you.” I blinked, dispersing the thoughts of Lolly that had flooded my memory. “What?” Dara stepped into the office, files in her hand. “The wedding caterer, sir. She wants to speak to you about the menu. Apparently, she can’t reach your wife or her family!” I glanced at my phone. Something’s wrong. Cindy was not blasting my cellphone with calls and texts. Usually, she’d blow up my phone even if she felt a little threatened. And now that I’d called the wedding off? Nothing? It was strange. And where was Lolly? I hadn’t heard a word from her since last night, too. My body missed her desperately. Seriously, I didn’t think it was possible to miss a total stranger but for the past three years, she’d occupied every inch of my mind. My nose craved her scent. My arms longed to hold her tight. My dick yearned for her warmth and my mouth desired to taste her again.
