Chapter - 8

George's POV

Getting down off the car, I could smell something sweet, a very pleasant scent, it is balsamic, rich and sweet with a delicate nod to a sandle wood. Yes. It smelled like sandalwood with a hint of flowers. I can't recognise which flower but it smells a little like lilly...

"Mr.Han...." I gulped feeling a pull towards the house we were standing at. It was Aery's house. I came here to speak with her about our previous conversation but never thought I could smell something so delicious "Will the pheromones of our mate be very strong?"

"Yes but...." Mr.Han blinked looking at me.

I smiled brightly, knowing the fact that.. I've found my mate.

Yes. This scent, ofcourse it must be my mate.

"I think I've found her" Saying this I walked past Han, He gave a confused look following me. We were standing in front of the door, In front of Aery's house to be exact

I banged the door completely excited to see what she would say after lecturing me about her being poor and so just hours ago. She's my mate now. Mine only.

"Whose house is this?" Mr.Han grabbed my shoulders "This looks like...."

"My mates house" I said proudly.

"Ma....mate?" He barely whispered moving back. I guess he started to feel my possessive pheromones.

I frown when no-one opened the door so I banged again, this time a little bit loud

The door opened after few seconds revealing a old man with his tee and a short pant.

'Must he her father'

My wolf growled making me want to punch this man but......he's still soon to be my father-in-law so I controlled

"Who are you? what do you want?" The old man asked in his alpha tone.

"I want your daughter" I said with a smirk on my face looking at my girl, hiding herself at the corner of the house.

She gulped mouthing 'Please leave'

Leave? it's not why I'm here.

"What did you say?" The old man frowned completely annoyed. Didn't he hear what I said?

"I said I want your daughter" I stepped closer to him "Why? Are you deaf old man? want me to scream?"

I could feel the old man's pheromones, I could tell his anger.

"Dad..." Aery barely whispered with a trembling tone.

"I said...." I looked at Aery "I WANT YOUR DAUGHTER OLD MA...." I felt a harsh punch at the corner of my lips making my head tilt to my right.

The old man is sure strong.

"George please calm down" Mr. Han grabbed my arms "Let's go. this isn't appropriate"

"Let go Mr.Han" I said looking at the old man "What's wrong if I said I want your daughter?"

The old man was ready to throw another punch but....Once it's an excuse, twice....It isn't. I smirked "What's wrong if I want my mate?"

Hearing mate, I could feel Aery's pheromones tense up. She's scared?

'Argh!'

my eyes immediately turned towards Aery. she had her hands clunching her chest and looking at me with her painful eyes.

"What's wrong?" I panicked. She looked pale all of a sudden

"Aery!" I pushed the old man, excusing myself into her house and caught Aery who was about to fall "Aery....You're okay?"

suddenly she spread her pheromones which made me spread mine. I didn't want her pheromones to pull other alphas or betas towards her so I tried my best to cover her pheromones with mine, letting her calm down first.

'I think....She's turning 18' I heard my wolf as I gave a small nod "She's indeed"

'Isn't she beautiful' My wolf growled in excitement 'I want to see her wolf' He said making me shake my head "Not so soon. I don't want to force her"

"Alpha..." Aery opened her eyes which made my world stop in that very second. Her eyes glowed purplish blue. it felt heavenly. She's an omega. The most beautiful one I've ever seen.

she barely raised her hand, placing them on my cheeks and smiled "Mark me"

I lost it. Nothing else mattered than the one in my arms. I gladly nodded. I know she's not in her right mind but I couldn't waste a single second, without much thought, I grabbed her hands, promising myself that I'll never ever let go of it, Leaning closer to her neck which had the perfect black mole in display, I inhaled her scent, pulling myself into her beautiful gaze, I smiled as I licked on her neck.

she trembled, tightening the grip on my hand. It's definitely gonna be painful but...I'm sure gonna claim her as mine.

I opened my mouth as my fangs started to appear, It itched wanting to soon meet that flesh in front of me "I'm gonna make you mine. Aery" Saying this, I dug my fangs into her flesh, I felt her warm blood on my lips, her pheromones started to mix with mine. It felt great, the feeling of claiming what's ours.

She let out a growl when I marked her. she gasped, grabbing my arms, tears filled her eyes.

I know she's at pain but.....I wanted her to be mine.

After few seconds, I pulled my self and finsihed the mark with a lick.

her dress were covered with blood strains that flowed till her chest making me look at her beautiful features clearly.

She had the perfect fragile body that could fit right into my arms.

"Mine" I announced with a proud smile, she already fainted by the time I pulled myself from the mark. People say omega's are weak but.....They are the most strongest according to me.

"Aery" I called but received no response

"Aery. Wake up" I said but still received no response

I found it odd. I mean...isn't it strange to just passout with a mark?

"Move!" I was harshly pulled back making arey land on the ground. My wolf growled and I frowned wanting to kill the man who pushed me from my mate but paused when I looked at that old man, holding Aery in his arms.

"What...what the hell did you do?" He asked looking at me with his alpha eyes

"She's mine. I marked her!" I growled back, my wolf wanting to take control

"You.....you shouldn't have...."

"Shouldn't have what?" I clunched my fist, walking towards Aery who layed lifeless "What's....what's wrong with her?"

By now....I actually started to fear.

It's not usual for a wolf to faint just by getting marked.

"Old man...." I called but I could see his arms tremble "This...this isn't possible...." He moved from aery who barely opened her eyes

I immediately kneeled in front of her "Aery" I pulled her into my embrace "What's wrong? was it painful?"

"How is....How is this possible" The old man trembled looking at Aery

"How is she....alive?"
