CLAIRE's POV

The omegas all stood in front of me, looking down on me like I was some piece of garbage. My eyes scanned each of them. They were four in number, and I could recognise some of their faces. They were the omegas I had lived with.

“Hey Claire, remember us?” One omega chirped.

I gave her a small nod, but kept my face blank. Even though I knew who they were, we were not friends and I had never interacted with them in anyway. The omega who had spoken, gave me a small smile.

“Why are you back here? Did your beloved alpha mate get bored of you already?”

The other omegas snorted and chuckled at her remark. I clenched my fists and ignored her words. I knew why they were here. They had come to mock myself. I chided myself mentally for hoping for once that anybody here would welcome me warmly.
