In the ancient kingdom of Kelvanthor, Inside of the throne room of Kelvanthor’s castle sits King Nazar Vladimir, the king of all the vampires and he is consuming his goblet of blood when one of the soldiers that was sent on a raid to Lunaria comes in looking like a ruinous hazard with blood all over him. The soldier quickly falls on his knees and bows his head to the king.“ You may rise, Kaylen. I’ll take it that you and the others were not victorious in infiltrating Rhience’s territory?” The soldier does not say anything,nor stand from his position, his body is shaking in fear, anxiety and pain. “Your majesty, please have mercy. They were too strong for us.” The soldier begs for mercy knowing that the king will kill him for not being victorious in infiltrating the vampire kingdom. King Nazar just nods and without saying a word, he stands from his throne and walks towards the still kneeling Soldier. The soldier,Jalen crouches back hurriedly, shivering in fear of the king’s wrath.“

LisandraThey are immediately silenced at my words and I can still see hesitation in their faces.“I might be half witch but I am not your enemy. I have no reason to be. LisandraWhen I wake up, the first thing I see is Rhience’s face glancing at me. I sit up and I notice that we are back inside the tent.“I passed out, didn't I?” Rhience nods and just gives me a bottle of water to drink. “What you did out there Lisandra, it was very brave Darling. LisandraI can tell that there is a bloodbath happening right outside the tent by the sounds and Mona coming in, almost covered in blood from head to toe. “Shit Mona, are you okay?” She’s panting as she takes my hand. “We have to get out of here Lisa. Now.” She doesn’t explain any further and drags me out of the tent. The air outside reeks of blood and there are a couple of bodies lying on the grassy ground. Some of them have their heads dislodged from their bodies and the rest of them look like a big chunk of flesh, veins and arteries have been torn out of their neck. I also see a couple of dead lycans on the floor and immediately, bile rises to my throat. "Where's Rhience?”I ask as she leads me to a path where the fight is still ongoing. She points to a large black wolf with glowing yellow eyes and it is currently biting off the head of a vampire. Lisandra“Pack some warm clothes Darling for tonight. It gets cold out in the woods.” Rhience tells me before he goes off with Aaron and Garett to prepare for the patrol. Gloria follows we to my room to pack and once we’re done, we go to meet Mona in she and Garett’s room. “Are you sure you want to do this Lisa?” Gloria asks in a worried tone. “It could be really dangerous if things go haywire tonight. Remember that you don’t have a wolf so you can’t shift yet.” I know she is concerned for me but nothing anyone will say can change my mind. I don’t know if I can trust them enough to tell them about the dream and me being a witch yet. Deep down in my heart, I know I need to go with Rhience tonight“I’m sure Gloria. I’ll be fine.
