Eli’s POV

I woke up to the door unlocking. The sound of the heavy lock in the steel door reminded me that there was no way in hell I was getting through there on my own. Even if I was in wolf form. Nathaniel sure knew his damn stuff. I hadn’t really tried my hybrid strength, but no creature I knew of would be able to get through there without a key. Besides, once I got out of here, I would have no idea of where to go. Knowing these vamps, we were probably on a different fucking continent!
