Aprils POV
I'm startled awake by a loud scream and I instantly sit up. It takes a minute for me to adjust to my surroundings......I hear the scream again.
I'm sure I wasn't the one screaming and that could only mean.... Oh my Goddess, Jason!
I jump out of my bed and run to his room.
Is he okay?
"Ahhhhhh!" Another scream breaks out from his room and I quicken my pace.
I open the door to find Jason screaming and weeping.
"Jason." I call trying to break him out of his nightmare.
"No, Please no! Don't leave me." He cries harder and starts rolling on the bed.
I sit on the bed and I touch his cheek softly, he instantly freezes at my touch, he then opens his eyes and they instantly meet mine. His eyes look so dark reflecting so much pain in them that it shakes me to the core.

Jasons POVIts been two days since the first note arrived and since then more of them have been delivered to our house.I feel so powerless each and every time I see the notes because my mates life is in danger and I don't know who's trying to kill her... I put on a brave and confident front when I'm with her but the truth is I'm dying inside with fear of the unknown.."I think I might have an idea" Shadow says."I'm listening" I say sighing."We need to mark her!" Aprils povIts been two days since that night and as much as everything between me and Jace couldn't be better, I still have a decision to make.As you probably already know, yes I will be leaving tomorrow in search of answers and of course to avoid bloodshed."Babe.." Aprils povWe walk around the house and find a path that leads to a tiny gate that is being held up by a wooden fence. Jace opens the gate for me and I walk past him to see a beautiful green field with trees in some parts of the field, its absolutely breathtaking.
