ALDER’S POV.

My eyes opened as I looked around, wondering what woke me up.

Then the knock came again

I rubbed my face with my palm " Who is it?"

The door opened to reveal my should-have-been Beta

He smirked, "You look like crap."

"What are you doing here?" I asked, surprised that he came to talk to me.

" Why? Are you scared that I'm here to kill you?"

" No, not really. I'm just curious" I laid back on my bed, crossed my hands behind my head and closed my eyes " But if that's what you are here to do, then go on with it. You won't receive any struggle from me."

I heard him walk around the room, and I fell back to slumber. He might as well kill me now

I felt the world turn upside down, and I opened my eyes immediately to see my bed turned over as I fell and rolled away from the bed
