16. INJURED

"Zackarya." I screamed his name at the top of my legs as I was more scared of the people coming in my way. The horse went out of control all of a sudden as I couldn't even look behind because of the speed it was running with. I might have lost balance that's why I had to keep gripping his hairs.

"Your Highness. You can give me your hand." My eyes closed in a thin line when I heard someone's voice behind me.

I looked beside me to find an old man looking in his fifties following me with his horse. He was forwarding his hand for me to grab as I nodded my head in fear.

"Don't be scared. You can trust me." He persuaded again as I looked forward to see the horse was entering into the forest.

I didn't have any other option as I found courage which was hard to do. I glanced at the old man and then at the horse before placing my hand on his. He grabbed me instantly as when I thought I would fall down he pull me up making me jump on his horse.
