CHAPTER THIRTY-TWO
Every moment counts with my bunny. He has learned to eat sea foods and do stuffs I enjoy doing. We share the same hobbies. I even learnt to gamble through him. To me, his bad habits became my favorite habits. I love and adore him to the extent I don't see his flaws. From his arrogant behavior to his kind and gentle soul, he was my Mr perfect. I just can't imagine what my life would be like if he leaves this world, God forbid! My all, my one and only, the one true man for me... My bestie, my friend, my lover, the special one I want to spend forever with, you've all I've got right now. Please stay alive for me. Tears crept out of one eye and I quickly wiped it off with my hand, sniffing in quietly, so other passengers wouldn't notice in the cab.

It was a Sunday morning. I heard a loud knock on the door. My eyes slowly fluttered open. I started to wriggle and stretch with my cozy, haven that is my bed. As parts of my body were gradually turning on. I glanced at the wall clock which says 7:05am. Getting out of bed, walking slowly towards the door and rubbing the sleep out of my eyes, I twisted the door knob and pulled it. It was my crazy sister. I got home from church. The thick, burnt smell of fried chicken tickled the tip of my nose just seconds after my tummy rumbled. I pressed my hand on my stomach to calm the boys fighting inside. Without settling first in my room, I dashed into the kitchen and dished out a plate of jellof rice from the pot. "Miss, come with us" a police officer tapped me on my shoulder.I got up from the chair with zero courage. As I walked to the interrogation room with two police officers escorting me, I bumped into Amanda and we made eye contact. I saw hatred written in her eyes. Nevertheless, I ignored and entered the interrogation room seated with two detectives, a mid-aged female and a gentleman in his late 50's.It was a small room with only three chairs, two for the detectives and I guess the other is for me. A recorder, an handcuff and an empty glass turned upside-down on a saucer is on the desk. There is a water dispenser at the corner of the room. I noticed a one-way mirror with nothing on the walls. I cannot see outside through the mirror but when I was seated outside, I could see Amanda inside with the detectives and some other police officers standing at the glass shield, observing the process from outside
