Katie's Pov Raindrops rolled down the side of my window as I got up from bed and dragged myself to the bathroom. I picked up my brush, applied some toothpaste and began cleansing my teeth.I looked into the mirror before me as I took the brush around and around my mouth in circular motion. Katie's Pov The sound of the drapes pulling backwards and the ray of sunshine that peeked through the windows to rest on my face, reminded me I was still alive. And my baby girl was gone. I rubbed my eyes with the back of my palm as rolled to the other side. Josiah wasn't there. I picked up my phone and looked at the time. I sighed, he must have left for work already. I dragged myself out of bed to the bathroom to get ready. I would be riding with Ma and Suri to the airport to catch their flight back home. I was so excited, grinning from ear to ear as the plugs and tubes were pulled out of me. “You ready?”, Josiah leaned on the door frame and looked at me with warm eyes. “You bet”, I displayed the top half of my teeth as I smiled widely.He chuckled lightly as he walked towards me.
