I sat inside the tinted jeep and watched through the window as Rachel answered the door. My blood boiled as she smiled so casually at the two men I sent to get her. They disguised themselves as men from her cousin, Max sent to pick her up.

She disappeared into the house for a moment and returned to the door with a small purse and jacket in her hands. They followed behind her as she walked to the car. How gullible, I thought.

Her face grimaced the moment the door opened and she saw me sitting inside. She took one step back and one of my men already had a gun nuzzled into her back.

“One more step backwards and he'll shoot”, I said to her with a smile on my face.
