Jane POV

I needed to plead with him.

I can't be left alone here.

Then I put my hands together and pleaded to him to take me and he opened the door for me and I quickly hopped in.

Then the car in front drove off and he had enough space to drive out as well.

Soon enough, we were on the road. In the back seat of his car, he gave me a towel which I used to dry my face with silence filling our speechlessness.

"I did not mean to upset you in any way." I continued, feeling sad.
