I was worried he wouldn't want to help.

This was the point I needed him most, in fact… The entire family needed him to make use of his office well.

"Why do you need a mineral rights document?" He replied asking her.

"Em, there's this land someone really close to me suspected to have minerals in it, but this person is not sure about it, the person needs the document to fully have rights to her land." She said to him with her eyes closed, and I am sure she's hoping he does not notice that she's lying.

On the other hand, I rolled my eyes, because I never knew my mum could formulate a lie in less than one minute.

"Okay I would send a hard copy with eagle courier for you." He said to her.

"And please daddy, don't forget to sign as the government officials were required on the document.." She said to him.

"Oh that is okay, I would do that too" He replied to her and ended the call and my mum and I hugged ourselves smiling hard.
