Chapter Seventy-One

I managed to get into the field and pluck another rose. The mission was starting to make sense. I grinded and crushed the plant in a bowl the next day after coming back from school then proceeded to put a bit of the past over the black stone of the moon dust pendant. The blue paste covered the fake necklace I collected from Frances and I placed it safely into the box aunt Courtney gave me that had the spell in it.

I then left the pendant on top of my dressing table to absorb overnight. This plan had to work. I had to read more stuff that I jotted down in my diary from Rosalina’s witch diary that could help defeat a witch. She did give some hints and I was going to use that to my advantage.
