Nightmare And A Threat

Nightmare.

“This was all your fault..”

“You worthless piece of trash that came from me..” my eyes widened with fear as it met that of my mother, hanging on the rope.

Her eyes stared at me, lifeless but filled with hatred and distaste. No.. I cried out.

This was not on me, no, I can't be to blame

“Delusional. What do you have to make you survive huh?” Her voice rang out again loudly in my ears and I crumpled to the ground, my hands coming to close up my ears as the sound got more louder and louder.

“You should have died, you useless thing. I was carrying two alpha males in me” it was not my fault.

I couldn't have known any of this but I should have been strong enough to at least protect my family.

It was my fault that they died. Alpha Gerard’s cruel smile flashes before my eyes and rage had me pulling myself up to my feet and lunging at him.

The image disappeared before my eyes and I swirled around the dark room I found myself in, finding none other than the mate who had been the one to murder my family.

“So weak” he spat and I felt my heart break all over again, I fell to my knees as his voice got louder and more closer.

“So useless. Unfit and unworthy to even be better than this dirt you are now” he spat over and over again, the voice Increasing in volume and ringing so close to my ears that I felt a liquid rush down my ears.

I raised my hand to touch the liquid and when I checked my hands, I saw blood.

I raised my head up to stare at the evil man who had been the source of my pain and torture and found a gruesome scene.

Mother was bleeding from her stomach, which was open and her organs were out and father's head was cracked open.

Reality

I screamed at the top of my lungs as I sprang out of the bed. My vision blurred for a minute but as soon as it cleared, I recognized the ceiling that I had now become familiar with and my whole body deflated, relief surging through me.

None of that was real, and it was high time I stopped doing that and started my training, I needed to be faster and stronger if I was going to enact my revenge on those who murdered my family.

I stood up with resolve settling into me then went to wash up before dressing up to leave but then, I shifyed out of the way just in time for a dagger to strike the door before me.

At the same spot I had been just mere seconds ago and I rushed to the window with caution to check but found nothing amiss and some wolves cubs were playing behind at the garden which brought a small smile to my face.

I walked to the dagger and found that it had a note stuck to it, and curiosity had me pulling it open.

Your life will get worse soon, I will make sure of it. Train all you can, wolfless bitch. You will get the death that should have been yours for all you caused your family.

Then a smiley face at the end as my heart beat rapidly but when I rushed back to her window again to crosscheck, I found nothing amiss at all and my brows furrowed.

I rolled the note and stuck it into the drawer before leaving the room and heading towards the training grounds where Myra welcomed with some serious jab.

They all left my reeling, and breathless but I wasn't deterred and the more she beat me to the ground, the more I stood up and came back at her.

Learning more and more as time went on till she stopped and smirked at me which had my hackles raising in alarm.

A mischievous Myra wasn't a good one and she never had great ideas.

“Since you want to learn control and strength so much, I will take you through some seious of grueling techniques. Now I want you to take the pose I will show you and stay that way for three hours” sbe said, not even stopping to take a breather and my eyes widened when she took on the pose before standing to her feet.

“Understood!” She barked with a smirk and I nodded before assuming the pose and within minutes, I was shaking like a leaf.

And wondering why I choose this mad woman as a master. For an hour, I almost fell multiple times and by the second hour, my knees felt like they would give out at any move.

At the third hour, I prayed to the moon goddess to withhold any sort of air or wind until I was done or I could very well be pushed over by a small bout of air.

“Doing good over there, my love?” She asked as she came to my front and I found some strength in me to glare hard at her but she laughed it off with amusement and as soon as the three hours were cleared up, I slammed straight to the ground.

Panting and breathless and my whole body shook like a leaf trying to stay afloat during a flood.

My whole body ached so badly and I knew for a surety that I would be visiting Grayson's healing bay for a long long time today and possibly, the upcoming week.

Myra was not going easy in me and as much as I loved it, she could understand that she had trained just wolves and not mortal wolves without wolves.

Yeah I heard of the two wolves here without wolves and still hadn't gotten time to go see them but I doubt they were trained by her or was she trained by them?

I couldn't tell and so I gave up, and my mind was rather jumbled at the time to think of anything else other than helping myself regain every strength that I had lost.

Which was much by the way.

“You don't look so good” her brows tightened as she bent to my form but I could hardly think straight and the next thing that left my lips was one word and it brought a wide smile to her face.

“Fuck you!”
