112: The takeover

★[Fergus POV]★

I woke up in the morning and I decided to check on Jayden the boy I had helped into my house in his room and I was shocked to find him not in the room and only saw a piece of paper with a note telling me that u shouldn't bother looking for him, that he has gone for good.

As soon as I read the note, a wave of confusion and concern washed over me. What could have made Jayden leave without saying goodbye? Was he in some kind of trouble? I couldn't help but feel responsible for him, considering that I had taken him into my house in the first place.

I quickly got dressed and started searching the house for any clues or signs of what could have happened. I checked the living room, the kitchen, and even the backyard, but there was no sign of Jayden. I even tried calling his phone, but it went straight to voicemail.
