168. Uncle Abe

I'm looking for Charlie and Devanna in her cabin. Yes, my guess is right. They are there.

"What are you doing here?" I asked in surprise.

"Blaze? Where's Laila?" Devanna asked, approaching me with a huffed face. I looked at my father who sat back on the sofa. There was a cast on his injured leg.

"I hid her in the trap door in the room," I answered frankly.

Devanna didn't answer right away, she turned to look at Charlie. I can feel something is wrong here.

"Your uncle was coming!" Said Charlie! "He wants to kill me! Looks like he's taken over the packhouse, who knows what else." Clearly Charlie with a gloomy face.

I want to believe that Laila is all right. It's safe, only I know the place ... yes she is safe. She must be! Or I will kill anyone who dared to touch her.
