TWELVE

Days had passed and it was almost the weekend. Starr was feeling unusually fatigued and simply wanted to rest. She had woken early to go to work, but ended up not being able to. So, she decided to rest at home and call in sick. 

"Go to the hospital," Magnus commanded Starr from the other end of the line, causing her to sigh. 

"You are supposed to be running a company for me, not bugging me about going to the hospital," Starr complained through the phone, sighing again. 

Magnus groaned. "Can you not be a hard arse for some seconds, and go to the damn hospital?" 

"Run the damn company." With that, she ended the line, smiling. 

It didn't take up to two seconds before her phone began to ring again, causing her to groan loudly and answer the phone, without checking the called ID. "Magnus, I promise you that I am going to goddamn -"
