Ava`s POV

Two months later,

“May we all end up as conquerors and winners when facing whatever challenges that are ahead of us. Success is ours! Congratulations to all my fellow classmates and the class 0f 2019.” After finishing up my speech as valedictorian, I gazed confidently at the crowd as they interrupted into a round of applause. And yes, graduation day had finally come. As Valedictorian I was told to make a speech.

This was one of the days which I had been waiting for, finally graduating and getting my degree.

With an excited smile, I got off the stage with my degree in hand and rushed into the arms of my mother.

“Congratulations my baby, you have made me proud!” my mom shouted with elated tears flowing from the same greenish eyes which I had inherited from her. But unlike my brunette colored hair, she had black raven hair instead.

“Come give me a hug too Ava, that speech was totally on fire!” I quickly
