Aleena’s POV

I didn’t know what was wrong with the Beta, but he was furious and irritated. I would have given that credit to me if he weren’t pissed from the moment I opened my eyes after everything that happened in the morning. Even Leia was extremely quiet.

Did she go into depression or something because of the rejection?

I didn’t know she wasn’t talking to me. It was not that we were kind of best friends who used to share each and everything, but for the first time, her silence was bothering me.

I wanted her to go away and always used to shut her up, but when she was doing this on her own, then I felt some sort of emptiness.
