CHAPTER 11

Abby's POV

After I made sure Adam and gotten a grip on himself and was finally asleep, I went to my room to pack up my things. I'd decided that the best option for us was to leave the house and move. There was nowhere for us to go so we would have to be sleeping in motels and practically living like scavengers, all because of our werewolf genes and evil relatives. We had some money saved up in the bank, and we could take our car too. I tried not to think about what we were going to do once we run out of cash and gas.

I guess we'll cross that bridge when we get there.

As I packed some of my essential items, I looked around the room I called mine since I was a child. The pale green walls that Adam and I finger-painted on when we were little, my old nightstand that had definitely seen better days, my laundry basket that always seemed to be empty because I throw my dirty clothes on the floor anyway, and even my chair and desk that had seen me at some of my most frustrating moments, rack
