Escape

"Stop this at once!" My protest came out as a moan, rather than an order . His lips were traveling down my neck, leaving a wet path as he kissed and sucked my supple skin.

His rough fingers travelled down my bare back. It was heavenly. My hips were moving between his large hands and were totally working on their own. Lost in the sensations, I grinded my pelvis into his finger. I intertwined my hands through the hair at the nape of his neck, loving the feel of the strong muscles beneath.

He bent forward and took my lips into his mouth again. I lost it. Convulsing with his fingers inside my body was a mind-blowing orgasm. I rested my head on his shoulders as my orgasm subsided. I finally shifted far from Aiden, and pulled up my dress. I was looking out of the window, lost in thoughts. He still kept his hands firmly around me. Soon we got to a familiar area. It was the highway, with a roundabout that led to four different areas. It was a few miles away from the pack grounds. I was still unable to reach Olivia or Antonio, and I had lost my phone.

Maybe I could just plan an escape if I was careful. I turned over to Aiden and said. "I think I need to use the restroom. Can you pullover to a service station please?" I made my innocent puppy face, hoping that he'd agree. My wolf was resisting, giving me a thousand reasons why I should stay.

He gave me a piercing look those divine eyes. I also noticed he had long lashes.

"If you insist. We'll stop at the next gas station, and I'll escort you to the restroom. You'll finish your......... whatever you plan to do in five minutes. If you exceed five minutes, I don't mind breaking the door." He warned me.

I stared at him incredulously. "Ever heard of privacy? I'm not going to follow your stupid directives." I screamed at him.

"Do you want to use the restroom or not?" He tilted his head and smirked.

"Yes, but not with such conditions." I snapped at him.

"Then we're not stopping." He frowned.

This man is pure evil!

"Alright!" I folded my arms angrily and continued staring out of the window. I needed to see if I could reach Antonio.

We pulled into a shell station soon, and the service attendant came to our window.

His men dealt with him, while Aiden dragged me out of the SUV. He held my waist tightly which might have looked normal to others, but annoying to me.

"Don't try any tricks my love." He whispered in my ears, before burying his nose into my hair to inhale my scent.

Soon we got to the ladies room.

"This is the ladies restroom." I said, before he pushed me inside along with himself.

I immediately restrained him from coming further.

"You're not supposed to be in here. It's not proper!"

He narrowed his eyes and chuckled. "Do you think I'm stupid? I know you'll run away the moment I look away."

I rolled my eyes. " Well I know you'll still come after me. How far can I run since you've already taken my scent? Besides I'm very far from home." I said wryly.

His eyes kept searching my face for any iota of lie.

"I've been through a lot in the last few hours, and as the loving mate that you are, I expect that you let me use the restroom in peace." I snapped at him.

Most of the things I said were true. I could barely do anything, without him getting in the way.

His face softened, and he looked quite pitiful now. How could I escape if he was looking at me like that? This was probably the last time I'll ever see him again, and my heart felt like it was breaking into a thousand pieces. What was happening to me? My wolf was fighting with all her might to stay.

"Alright I'll wait here. No funny tricks else you'll be punished." He warned.

I rolled my eyes and mumbled. "Whatever."

I closed the restroom door and sighed with relief. I gave a quick check to myself in the mirror. Thanks to our super fast healing power, my cuts and bruises ha d almost disappeared.

I thanked myself for having enough decency not to wear a too-short gown. Though oversized, Aiden's jacket hid the tears on my dress.

I took off the jacket and washed the dried blood from my hands and face. I looked presentable enough to be on the road.

Then I took out the oil perfume I always carried with me. All werewolves have a scent. To go around undetected by other werewolves, I needed to apply perfume. Vampires could sometimes pick up our scent too. Though they lived in isolation, and only cam out at night. I've never encountered one, but for safety reasons, I always this oil perfume, given to me by aunt Millicent.

I needed to make sure Aiden didn't get my scent, so I applied a generous amount of the oil perfume.

My claws were enough to break the window, and as soon as it came off, I dashed towards the thick bush by the side of the highway. I dared not shift into my wolf, for fear that she might turn around and go back to Aiden.

Wolves are faster than humans even when they had not shifted , but running as a wolf was better.

Running through the thick bush and shrub made my eyes sting with tears. I could not stop them from flowing.

Finally after few minutes of running, and making sure I was not followed, I reached a suburb. I Kept myself hidden from the road side and in a few seconds, I saw a bus stand.

Bus stands usually have people around, either waiting or getting off the buses.

Aiden would not capture me in front of humans, so I was relieved a bit. Gingerly, I stepped out of the dark and sat down on the bench. Overwhelmed by my emotions, I sobbed, missing Aiden.

What I was experiencing was the pull of the mate bond.

"I want my mate....I want my mate." My wolf growled.

I took a deep breath and patted my chest, hoping that she'd stop.

"Hello dear. Are you alright?"

I was startled, and turned around to see kind looking middle aged lady smiling back at me.

"Can I use yours phone please?....I was robbed and I lost my purse. I have to call my family." I stammered.

"Oh how unfortunate. Perhaps a cup of coffee could calm your nerves down. I stay nearby, why don't you come along with me. I have a phone that you could use at home." She said pleasantly.

I was in no position to trust anyone. She was not a wolf, but nobody is to be trusted.

"I'm okay, really. Thanks for your help." I replied.

"Are you sure? You look hungry. Have you had anything to eat dear?"

My stomach suddenly rumbled, apart from eating my mate's face, I've not eaten anything else.

"I am perfectly fine. I just need to use a phone." I answered politely.

I felt someone trying to reach out to me in my head, before Antonio's voice came through.

"Blair! Where are you?" His voice sounded like he was panicking. I sighed in relief. He had been looking for me, and he was nearby.

"On a second thought, I don't need your phone. Thanks for the help though." I smiled at the lady.

She looked puzzled.

"You're certain you don't need any help?" She asked.

"Yes, my brother is on his way." I replied with my most pleasant smile.

She looked at me strangely and asked." How did you know he's coming. You don't even have a phone."

"You don't need to worry ma'am."

She looked at me strangely as if I had sprouted two heads, and walked away.

I had already told Antonio my location, and he promised to be there soonest.

A row of black SUVs appeared on the far end of the road. As they approached, I shook in fear.
