The club was everything Olivia said it would be. I remembered her saying this should be my impromptu bachelorette party, and we had a good laugh about it. We drove to the city, along with another girl, Melanie.

Antonio being the alpha, and the overly protective mate that he was, insisted on accompanying us, but we wanted a girl's night out.

We were in the human part of town, where our Identities were unknown.

There was a time I was mugged while returning home late from work. All I needed were my claws. The look of terror on his face was priceless. I shook my head in anger. Someone tapped me on the shoulder, as I turned around, I heard someone whisper, "Smells familiar?" Before I knew it, everywhere became dark.

I could hear the metallic click of handcuffs being closed around my wrists and then on my ankles. It was chloroform.

Chloroform was a knockout for wolves, but it doesn't keep them out for long. It knocks them out for a few minutes, but it was enough to kidnap a wolf. The shackles were lined with silver, and immediately it touched my skin, I could feel it but I was unable to break them.

I was bound, and my mouth was tied too. I could not move or shout. I could not believe this was happening to me. My captors were werewolves. I was getting their scent, but it was faint.

"Get rid of her phone." A voice from the front whispered.

We drove for what seemed like forever. At first, I just felt hands sliding into my dress, massaging my hips and breasts. Their hands continued moving all over my body. I cursed them under my breath, and gritted my teeth. I felt a tear escape from my eyes.

"Fools! leave her alone." Came a voice from the front of the van. "If you leave too much scent on her, we won't get paid."

I shuddered at his words. Someone wanted me kidnapped! I could not connect with anyone in my head from my pack. I was too faraway.

Werewolves can communicate with each other in their heads, given they are mates or from the same pack, but they need to be within close range.

Fortunately, his words made all the manhandling stop. After what seemed like a long time, the van came to a stop.

I had no idea where I was. The door opened and I was thrown over a hairy shoulder.

My blindfold slipped off, and I was looking into a mass of fur. It was very dark, but the sound of leaves rustling in the wind confirmed I was in a secluded place. The woods maybe.

My captors kept walking. Just like I guessed, they were rogues.

I was thrown roughly into a cabin, my hands and legs tied to a pole. Shivering, I curled into a ball. By now, Olivia would've known that I had gone missing. Antonio would be heart broken. He had insisted on following us , but we refused. Female wolves were mostly kidnapped to bear pups for the rogues.

Was i being kidnapped by my mate? I frowned at the word mate, even though my wolf was very eager to meet him again. I couldn't smell him amongst these rogues, so I doubted if he was the one.

If I ever found out he was the one, I wouldn't forgive him forever.

"Why not?" My wolf whispered within me.

I could hear more voices, and then the engine startup. The van was driving away! I listened; barely breathing waiting for what I was sure was coming.

I could hear footsteps approach the door, and then it stopped.

"She asked us to kill her remember? " The first voice whispered. "Let's do just that."

"Are you crazy? She's the Alpha's sister. She's an unmated female too. Do you know many would be eager to pay for her?" The second voice scolded.

"So we sell her instead?"

"Depends on the highest bidder. Alpha of the shark moon pack has been looking for a concubine for years. His mate is barren!"

I cringed at those words and cursed the day I decided to return to the pack. I couldn't understand why I was here. It was not because of my mate, so this came as a relief to me.

"He's not a bad person." my wolf cooed.

I rolled my eyes in frustration. Here I was in a cabin, I could be killed, raped or sold. Still I couldn't stop thinking about him. Sometimes I felt an annoying sadness whenever I remembered that I might not see him again. Few hours passed, and I dozed off into a deep sleep.

I was awoken by sudden sounds of commotion. I could see shadows of people walking by from under the door. Fear gripped me to the pole I was tied to. Expecting the worst, I curled into a dark corner and closed my eyes. I braced myself for the worst, encouraging myself that nothing bad would happen. I knew I wouldn't give up with fighting, even if I lose at the end.
