She clutched her phone to her chest, a thousand thoughts running through her mind. She'd been staring at her phone for over an hour now, unable to make a decision on whether to text Adonis or not.

Delaney tossed restlessly on the bed, trying not to wake Blaine up with her restlessness. He was already sound asleep, very exhausted for obvious reasons - The planned trip and fucking her.

No matter how hard she tried, she couldn't seem to understand why Blaine suddenly wanted to become the man she always wanted him to be. This was obviously the wrong time for him to be a good guy. It was dealing terribly with her conscience.

Although she had been in self-denial, but the truth was glaring at her - she was already beginning to feel something for Adonis. But was it love? Lust? 'It was definitely not love,' she'd tried telling herself a million times since returning home.

"It's just a text... To be sure he's safe." Delaney sought to convince herself, desperate not to make him feel he'd clouded
