"I am so exhausted, Blaine. You have to stop. I have a long day at work tomorrow." Delaney mumbled, pulling away from him.

He let out a frustrated sigh. "Come on, babe," he held her back. "Haven't you punished me enough? I am truly sorry. Please."

Blaine had been trying all he could for the past few weeks, but the harder he tried, the more he lost her.

"The distance between us has become unbearable. I am sorry for everything, Delaney," His voice bore sadness and remorse. "I thought getting your forgiveness would be a question of how. I never knew it was a question of weather. I never thought there was going to be a WHAT IF in the picture. Delaney?"

His words pierced her like a thousand spears. "Blaine, I just need a little more time. I promise," She moved closer to him, cupping his face. "Please."

Now she questioned her feelings for him. It seemed the only thing she felt for him was pity and sympathy. It was no longer love.
