The frenetic atmosphere made Renee squint her eyes. She didn't like this kind of crowded and suffocating atmosphere. She missed her room, a quiet, peaceful room where she could sit and read while listening to faint music.

But this extremely loud music is almost beyond her tolerance, it feels like she would leave this place, but she can't. That man, that evil man, according to the source she had heard would be coming to this place in a little while.

Renee tried to pull down her short black skirt which was starting to feel uncomfortable. This waitress uniform was extremely uncomfortable, with her cleavage so low and the skirt so short that it was as if Renee was forced to disguise herself as someone she didn't know. But isn't that the point? She didn't want him to know her, even though that didn't seem like she should be afraid. They had met only once, during a brief, accidental encounter, when the man had met her father in her study. At that time, Renee's appearance was not what it is now, her hair was still long with thick rimmed glasses framing her face, her clothes were closed and polite, so different from now.

Renee wrinkled her eyes again, I really look like a cheap girl, she sighed.

The noise from the entrance distracted Renee, her eyes searching and there he was! The man was there, with his horrendous arrival surrounded by tons of burly bodyguards. Without realizing it, Renee snorted, well, since he's a bad guy who likes to hurt people, he must have lots of enemies who want to kill him.

With the suggestion, Renee stabbed her feet, trying to clearly see the figure of the man, Sean Bramasta. A figure who is feared in the business world because he doesn't hesitate to crush anyone who gets in his way. Anyone who dares to fight Sean Bramasta will end up in tragedy. Like her father, like her entire family, Renee sighed bitterly.

Renee's family used to be a wealthy family, her father was a successful businessman in the conversion of oil palm, their gardens are many hectares outside the island and they are very rich. For Renee, their family is a happy family, even though her mother is a weak woman who is sickly, but apart from that she is the perfect mother.

Renee's mind wanders in those happy moments, when she, her father and mother gather together at the dining table, eating breakfast that her mother made with love. Her father would talk about his experiences on his business trip and her mother would look at him with adoration. Everything felt so happy, everything felt so perfect.

Until then Sean Bramasta came into their life. Sean Bramasta was attracted by the rapid development of Renee's father's business and thought about establishing a partnership. At first his father was not interested, he was quite satisfied with the business he was running himself. But Sean did not give up, in various ways he tried to approach her father. And somehow her father finally surrendered to the power of Sean Bramasta, the demonic power of darkness who when gripped would not release him again. Sean literally destroyed her family, somehow her father's ownership of the business was just countered, everything was taken by Sean and controlled under his hands. Her father had nothing more than a monthly allowance for him and his family.

Renee's family fell into poverty instantly. Their luxury home was forcibly confiscated. They have to move to a small, simple house, trying to make ends meet on their own, without servants who are usually always ready to serve their needs. Renee was strong enough to endure it all, but not her mother. Her mother from childhood used to wallow in wealth, like a king's daughter. Even when she married her father, her father used to treat her mother like a queen with many servants surrounding her. Her mother was devastated when she was forced to cook by herself with those fragile and unskilled hands, having never cooked in her entire life. She broke down more and more the poorer they got, the more they suffered. Finally the suffering was unbearable for her mother, she started getting sick. She was getting thinner, crying more and more on lonely nights. Then one morning, her mother just died.

Renee still remembered when she stood beside her frozen father, staring at her mother's thin and pale face, her expression as if sleeping and they feel sad, realizing the fact that her mother is probably happier now that she has passed away. After the death of her mother, her father was devastated. Totally destroyed. He began to drink heavily, sometimes screaming and crying alone on lonely nights. Then one day, her father drove their car, the only thing they had left. He crashed into the parapet until the car rolled over several times and her father died instantly on the spot. The police said that the alcohol content in her father's bloodstream was so high that it could be said that her father killed himself.

Renee is alone. Because of that, the resentment that was buried deep in her heart became even more intense after the death of her parents. All of this has its roots in Sean Bramasta. Ever since that man appeared in her family, everything was destroyed. Renee must take revenge, at any cost, to avenge her mother's sorrow and her father's futile death. Since then, she's been investigating everything about Sean Bramasta, where he lives, what his schedules are, what his likes are. All this information she carefully collected and compiled. When Renee got the information, that Sean often spends time with his girlfriends in this upscale club, the Black Star club. Without further ado, Renee left her job as a kindergarten teacher, moved from her residence and applied as a waitress here.

Everything takes sacrifice, Renee realizes that revenge takes a big sacrifice. Like when she had to dress up as a cheap woman in a mini skirt and sexy clothes. Sometimes night after night she had to refrain from the torments of the noise and frenetic music, or have to hold back because of the many flirtatious guys who always think she's a cheap woman to buy. All need sacrifice, expensive. But Renee felt it would be worth the satisfaction she would get later, the satisfaction of killing the man in painful torment, as he did to her father and mother.

She had already applied a poison that would not be detected on the bottom of the glass that had been specially prepared for Sean Bramasta tonight. Sean Bramasta didn't want to use the same glass as other people. The glass is exclusive, especially for him to use and this afternoon, when she pretended to clean the bar, Renee sneaked into the special storage area and put an undetectable poison onto the glass. Just a sip, if Sean Bramasta swallowed a drink from a glass that had been smeared with poison, then all her revenge would be avenged.
