He's travelling.

The man was very powerful, as he pulled her with very little effort. The girl weighed nothing at all, so it was very easily for him to drag her with him. The words she had said earlier kept ringing in his head 'she hated anger and darkness most in this world'. Then, he decided to play with her fears for a bit longer. What better way to teach her a lesson than this?

Maya didn't know why, but the man let go of her hand and she took that opportunity to run off again. She quickly hid behind a couch, taking in deep breaths. She thought about why he had suddenly let go of her hand, but no answer popped into her head. She was becoming more scared by the minute as sometimes she would hear his footsteps, and then it would be quiet again, but she knew he was still moving.

Was he playing with her?

Is this some kind of game to him?

Is this the reason why he had let go of her so they could continue hide and seek?

He was... using her fears against her because he knew she hated the dark, and that he could pop out of nowhere at any time and catch her. A man like him already made her scared even with the sun shining up in the sky! He was definitely playing with her, and she couldn't take it anymore.

She was truly scared, and darkness brought back memories she had always kept hidden deep inside of her. Memories that still haunted her till now.

She had no other choice, so she dashed to the direction of the door leading outside. As she went, she began to wonder why it was so dark in here when it was still morning outside. Even if he had closed the windows or something, sun rays should still be able to pass through the glass windows.

So why is everywhere so pitch black?

Maya was already smelling freedom. Just five more steps and she would open the door, and run out. The light would embrace her once again, but unfortunately she knew it wouldn't be that easy. His strong hands suddenly grabbed her hand, whirling her around roughly and she came crashing on his solid chest. She almost fell back if not for his hands securing her waist with her body against his. She sucked in a sharp breath as their closure once again, and when she looked up to meet his heated gaze, his eyes met hers.

She could see his eyes even through the dark as it stared into hers too.

"Call me stupid Maya" He repeated.

Her mouth moved on their own, and she didn't even think before she spoke as his eyes had made her stop thinking at all "Stupid" she said softly. As soon as she realized what he had just said, her eyes flew open in shock and that was the first time she had gotten a reaction from this man because at that moment, he also looked a bit surprised.

Almost immediately, it was replaced with an empty but glaring look as he grabbed her arm, pulling her again with him.

"No! No!" She was even pounding on his arm with her little fists, but she highly doubted it if the man even felt any pain from it at all.

He then pushed her down, and she yelped a little, expecting to fall on the hard tiles, bit her ass was met with a soft armchair chair. It wasn't as comfortable as the couch, and it was a small armchair, just for one person. Suddenly she felt as something shot out, pinning her hands down to the arm of the chair. Was the hell is this?

"Let's begin with the punishment shall we?" I knew he was standing in front of me.

"I didn't do anything wrong! This is so not fair. It's just a stupid dust I cleaned well, what's the big deal about this?" I replied, still struggling against whatever it is to free my hands so I could get up and dash for the doors again

"It's because you don't know who I am. You opened your filthy mouth and called me stupid Maya"

Filthy mouth. Why did it hurt coming from him? " I was annoyed. You were acting like a big baby complaining about something that wasn't even there. Like you only wanted to scream at me for anything, and that got me annoyed. So if you're waiting for an apology, you're not getting one!"

I'm definitely not gonna cry no matter how much the tears want to fall. I'm not gonna give him that satisfaction. No one is gonna see me cry...I'm not gonna!

"I never asked for your apology venom"

"And I never asked you to be a big baby!"

"Venom!"

"Levi!"

He growled.

I growled back with my little voice. Next thing I knew, his breath was on my face, and I inhaled sharply again. His face was too close, okay what if he kisses me again? No, he won't kiss me right? He's angry, so he won't teach me again.

He wouldn't. He wouldn't.

"Then let the punishment begin!"

Oh God.

And then, his phone rang. The sound filling up the entire room. I never knew relief could be this sweet as he pulled away from me, before pulling the phone out of his pocket. The light illuminated, and I caught a glance of his steel face before he placed it over his ear.

"What??" He growled to the caller.

"Interesting. So it's now?" He said again.

Then, he cut the call. After that, he moved away from her.

Everything was quiet for some time, before she heard a click and the light suddenly came on. It was blinding at first, and she was forced to close her eyes, before taking a peek. Ten seconds later, her eye sight adjusted to the light, and she looked around the room to see Levi standing next to the light switch. He was leaning against the wall, looking back at her.

He was still staring at her when he made another call and spoke into the phone. He was still staring at her when he told the caller to bring him one of the women he had made scream at the hotel a week ago. He was still staring at her when he said...he was about to travel.

Maya didn't know why her heart ached, or why there was a sudden big lump on her throat, or why more tears gathered in her eyes.

Shequickly looked down at her laps before he saw the expression on her face. She raised her knees up, quickly cleaning her eyes on them.

Levi was already walking towards the door now.

He didn't even bother to look at her again.

She wondered if he had seen her cry like an idiot for no reason.

But he didn't leave, he just stood by the door without looking at her. She was facing him, looking back and forth at the man who stood like a stature right at the door.

Is he even moving? Wait, is he dead??

About ten minutes later, the gate opened and a car pulled into the house. And in a minute, Ava and one of the women walked into the house. The woman was busy drooling all over Levi, while Ava had her eyes set on Maya who was still bound to the chair. Ava glared at Maya, feeling like ripping her into shreds.

What was Levi still doing with this thing? Ava thought.

"Sonia, my ticket" Levi said, ignoring the woman who was still staring at him like he was the most delicious meal ever.

Sonia...Ava...what was her real name??

"Here. I got it" she pulled it out from her black designer bag, and handed it over to him. Then she said " I brought you the best Levi, this is Monica Angelo, daughter of the prime minister. I guess you're travelling with her right?"

He's travelling with Monica? He didn't reply, instead he just walked out of the house giving them a follow me sign. I could only watch as he totally dissapeared from view, and the Monica girl was still drooling all over him.

He was really travelling? For how many days? And he was taking Monica with him, why?

Why couldn't he take her?

"Clearly, because he's trying to tell you, you're the stupid one" her subconsciousness replied.
