Angela’s POV

By the time we got back to Xavier’s suite after class, I was more than ready to forget the rest of the day existed.

Apparently, everyone else felt the same way because the first thing Steph did was drop a pizza box onto the coffee table and announce that she had decided food was more important than whatever homework we were supposed to have.

I grabbed a slice and settled onto the couch, glancing around at everyone.

Darius was stretched out in one of the chairs, while Silas sat

  • Eclipse Academy   I Had Help

Darius’s POV The first thing I heard when I woke up was Angela laughing. I opened my eyes and found her already sitting up in bed, staring at the clock on the nightstand like it had personally offended her. She turned when she noticed I was awake. “We’re skipping class.” I blinked a few times, still trying to drag myself out of sleep. “That wasn’t much of a question.” “It wasn’t supposed to be.” She shrugged her shoulders. The corner of my mouth lifted. Apparently, my mate had already made our plans for the day before I’d even opened my eyes. I pushed myself upright and looked toward the clock. We were already cutting it close enough that getting ready and making it across campus would mean rushing, and neither of us seemed particularly interested in doing that. Angela pulled the blanket around herself and looked at me with a grin that told me she had already made up her mind. “I thought we were going on a date.” She shook her head. “I don’t think our first date should begin w

  • Eclipse Academy   You Were Thinking It

Angela’s POV By the time I finally crawled into bed, my body was exhausted, but my mind refused to cooperate. I had barely settled beneath the covers when I realized something felt different. The room was quieter than usual. I opened my eyes and looked around. Xavier was already asleep beside me, his breathing slow and even. Silas was on the other side, equally quiet, and for a few minutes I simply watched them. Everything about the last few days still felt impossible. Not because I was questioning what had happened. I wasn’t. It was more that my life had changed so quickly that sometimes my mind hadn’t caught up with it yet. Three mates. Xavier had already marked me. Silas had followed. And now there was Darius. My eyes moved toward the bedroom door. Darius was out there. I had noticed it earlier, but I hadn’t thought much about it. He’d probably wanted some time alone. Maybe he wasn’t tired. Maybe he was still adjusting to everything just like the rest of us. I closed my eyes

  • Eclipse Academy   I’m Perfect

Silas’s POV Her words hung in the air between us, simple and devastating. “Especially after everything.” I looked at her, really looked at her. I saw the way her eyes searched mine, the way her hand rested against my cheek, not pulling away, but waiting. Waiting for me to say the thing she wanted to hear. She was offering me the same thing she’d given Xavier. The bond. The mark. The claim. But the offer terrified me. I swallowed hard, my throat dry. "Are you sure?" I asked, my voice barely a whisper. "I don't want to rush you." My hand moved from her cheek to her neck, my thumb tracing the rapid pulse beneath her skin. It throbbed against my fingertips, a drumbeat of life and excitement. "I want you to be absolutely sure, Angela. Because this isn't just a kiss. It's not just a touch." I looked at her with desperate intensity. "I'm a vampire. If I lose control, if the blood calls to me... I might not be able to stop. I might hurt you. Or worse..." I hesitated, the weight of m

I grabbed a slice and settled onto the couch, glancing around at everyone. Darius was stretched out in one of the chairs, while Silas sat on the opposite end of the couch. Xavier was beside me, his arm resting across the back cushions behind my shoulders. Steph picked up another slice and pointed it at me. “I still can’t believe you two turned gold.” I laughed. “We didn’t turn gold.” She stared at me. “You were glowing gold.” She pointed her slice of pizza at me. “That sounds like a fancy way of saying you turned gold.” Xavier laughed beside me, and I leaned against him. “We did not turn gold.” Steph shook her head and took

  • Eclipse Academy   A Golden Glow

Xavier’s POV Her words hung in the air between us. “I think you should mark me tonight.” My brain stuttered to a halt. For a second, I just stared at her, my hands still resting on her waist. Did she really just say that? After everything I’d been thinking, all the jealousy and the selfish bullshit, she was offering me this? The gift. The bond. The first mark. Blaze stirred, a low rumble of possessive pride building in my chest. ‘Ours.’ He growled. I leaned in, slow, giving her every chance to pull away. I brushed my lips against hers, a soft, questioning touch. I had to know she meant it. “Are you sure?” I murmured against her mouth. She didn’t answer with words. She just kissed me back, a little harder this time, her fingers tangling in my hair. That was my answer. I pulled back just enough to really look at her. Her eyes were clear, no hesitation, no doubt. She meant every word. The last of the fight in me drained away, replaced by a need so powerful it almost brought me to

  • Eclipse Academy   A Little Time

Angela’s POV By the time dinner was over, everyone seemed quieter than usual. I couldn’t blame them. The day had been a lot for all of us, and even though I was sitting at the table eating like nothing had happened, part of me still couldn’t believe I was actually there. I had woken up. I was cured. I had made my choice. All three of them knew what that choice was now. Still, something felt different. I noticed it when Xavier stood from the table and barely said anything before heading toward his room. He didn’t look angry, and he hadn’t snapped at anyone, but there was something in the way he carried himself that made me watch him until his bedroom door closed behind him. Darius and Silas were still sitting nearby, both of them looking exhausted. Steph had disappeared into her room earlier, saying she needed some quiet after everything we’d been through. I glanced toward Xavier’s closed door. “He’s been in there for almost an hour.” Darius looked at the door and then back at me
