Melissa's POV

I sat still not uttering a word, my stare fixed on Nelson who appeared like he was about to shred me into pieces. I couldn't help but feel a little scared around him, those gorgeous eyes of his hunted me deep into my soul.

I decided not to say a word at all but kept mute as I slowly bowed my head in total silence.

Nelson watched me with an heavy breath, although I could feel his intense stare on me, I still choose to act dumb, whatever business he had with Viviana is absolutely none of my business, they must have had this going on long before I joined the pack do it shouldn't be any surprise to me.

"Listen" I heard Nelson let out, sharp and clear, "Whatever you just saw is none of your business, after all, we were never in love neither were you happy that you got married to a werewolf.
