MasukConri supported Melissa in accomplishing her purpose in life by being marked and mated by the alpha wolf of the Fridolf Pack. Everything seemed perfect, too perfect to be true. An eclipse was slated to take place on the 21st day of the sixth month of the year which was meant to be the crowning of Melissa as The Luna Wolf but something mysterious happened on that day. There was a clash between the goddess of motherhood and the Greek goddess of the moon.

It’s pathetic. Me…a legendary God, thrown down to this filthy earth.
Mortals… weaklings I could crush in a heartbeat. Yet here I am, trapped in a human body, my divine power sealed.
“Hey, what did you say you were?”
The fool dares ask again, for the fifth time, after striking me with his dirty hands.
If only I had my true power, he would already be ash.
Just then, the mortal walked to the sealed door and opened it.
Two women strutted in, followed by two men. Their eyes raked over me like predators circling prey.
“Is this the catch?” one of the women asked, her lips curling into a strange smile.
“Yes, he is…” the filthy bastard who struck me earlier replied.
“He’s beautiful,” she whispered, her gaze lingering far too long. “Where did you find such a rare prize?”
“I’ll say luck smiled on us last night,” he drawled, voice oily. “After losing two beauties, we were blessed with this… strange man. His looks... out of this world. Never seen hair, skin, or face like his. But…” He stopped and smirked.
“He keeps claiming he’s a god… hahaha… what a joke.” He brought a strange tube to his mouth and blew smoke right at my face, the gesture a clean, deliberate insult.
If I had my power, he’d die mid-laugh.
“But?” one of the women snapped, impatient.
“He’s either cosplaying or hopping on something. We ran tests… clean as a whistle.”
“I guess we should hurry and get him ready. We’ve got the clothes he needs to wear. The boss said he wants him to look exquisite… but in a slutty way.”
The woman who had been silent finally spoke, her voice dripping with intent.
I frowned, trying to piece together their twisted little game.
Whatever it was, one thing was clear, they were all planning something.
They quickly surrounded me like vultures closing in on a wounded animal.
Strong hands pushed and pulled me, stripping away what little dignity they believed I had left.
My mouth was covered with thick tape, leaving a bitter taste of something I couldn't make out of.
I was unable to speak or even curse them. All I could do was glare at them with fiery eyes.
They forced me to wear garments…. clothes I didn't like - silky fabric that clung to my skin and cold chains that felt uncomfortable.
They treated me like a prize, laughing as if I were just an object to show off to their leader.
Next, they put me in a cage made of sturdy iron bars, like a coffin waiting for me.
Inside, there were ropes on the floor, ready to restrain me if I tried to escape.
They pushed me in without any concern, the sound of the door closing loudly like thunder.
I sat there inside the cage, my chest rising and falling in slow, steady breaths.
My body was still, but inside me, anger boiled.
Their shadows moved across the walls, twisting and stretching like demons dancing in the dim light.
Every laugh, every step, every whisper felt like claws scratching against my skin.
They thought they had already won. They believed the tape pressed over my lips was enough to silence me forever.
They believed the cold steel bars pressing against my back were enough to keep me from breaking free. Fools.
Mortals always mistake silence for weakness. They didn’t understand who they had locked inside this cage.
Then, with one sharp motion, the world shifted.
A heavy cloth was dragged over the cage. At once, the little light that remained was swallowed. Darkness fell quickly, swallowing everything around me.
No light. No air. No sound.
The only thing I could hear was the fading echo of their footsteps as they walked away, leaving me buried in the shadows.
“Don't worry little fish, you'll get us a bigger fish.” A male voice said, before silence pressed in on me like another chain, and though I sat quietly, my thoughts roared.
Bigger fish they say?
Hmmm
Do they think they can hold me for long?
Did they think they could hide me away, cover me in cloth, bury me in silence, and that would be the end. But they are wrong.
They have no idea what kind of god they dared to cage.
The silence did not last, for long though.
Above me, I heard the slow groan of metal, and the floor beneath me began to shake.
Heavy chains rattled, pulling at the cage, dragging it upward inch by inch.
My body swayed with the movement, and I clutched the bars tightly as the cage climbed higher and higher.
The rise felt endless, as though I was being hauled straight from the depths of the underworld itself.
Then, with a sudden violent clank, the cage dropped into place.
The impact rattled through my bones, leaving a dull ache in my chest.
A moment later, the cloth covering me was yanked away.
Light burst in. Blinding, sharp, unforgiving.
It stabbed at my eyes, forcing me to squint. For a moment, I could see nothing but white.
The first sound that reached me was laughter… low, mocking, filled with cruel amusement.
Then came voices. Dozens of them. Murmurs and whispers, greedy words tumbling from lips hidden behind masks.
The air was thick with smoke, curling upward from thin sticks the humans pressed to their mouths. I didn’t understand it.
Why did they puff out smoke into the air? Mortals never failed to surprise me with their useless habits. Useless, all of them.
I shook my head, disgust curling in my chest.
Still, I could feel them. Their eyes. Hundreds of them. Hungry, crawling across my skin like insects.
Every glance made me feel less like a man, less like a god, and more like an object on display.
“And here he is,” a loud voice rang out, echoing across the room. “The rarest catch of the century. A man whose beauty rivals the gods themselves.”
Gasps swept through the crowd. Laughter followed. I could hear the shuffle of chairs, the buzz of excitement rising like a storm.
“Let’s start the bidding at one million!” the voice announced.
A roar answered him.
One million. Two. Five. Ten.
Numbers, figures, values… I did not understand what they meant.
My head spun with the endless calls. What could these mortals possibly want from me? What were they trying to do with me?
If I had known betrayal would throw me into this wretched human body, I would have studied these creatures more carefully.
I would have prepared for their twisted ways.
The calls grew louder. Ten million. Fifteen. Twenty.
Each number was a blade cutting deeper into my pride. Each shout was another chain, binding me in shame.
I gritted my teeth beneath the tape across my mouth, my chest rising and falling with fury I could not release.
They were not looking at a god. They did not see power, eternity, or wrath.
They saw only a prize object. A rare object to buy and sell. A possession to cage and display.
The cage shuddered as the crowd grew more frantic, their greedy eyes burning into me.
And at that moment, I swore… When my power returns, when the chains of this mortal shell finally break, every one of these mortals will beg for death.
