After facing the big bad wolf, she gained the courage to face the highness, too. She want to settle everything and take her son back as soon as possible. So, by the next day, she told the joker that she will going to the palace by herself.

"I'm not allowing you to do that, Mai-Mai. It's like you're throwing yourself to a burning lava. If you want to go there, take me with you," Alcot said.

"I'll be fine, Al. Trust me," she replied.

"It's not the matter of trust, Mai. I'm worried. Do you atleast understand that its dangerous?" the joker grunted.

She nodded. "I'm aware of that. But I need to do this, Al."

"What the hell? What are you thinking, Mai?" her savior grunted.

She understood why does Alcot reacted like that. He was just too protective of her. So, instead of getting irritated, she felt touched and loved.

Maia cupped his cheeks and kissed him in his lips. Then, she hugged him tightly. "Thank you, Al. I'm so lucky to have you."
